TEHRAN, Feb. 14 (MNA) � The Agricultural Biotechnology Research Institute of Iran is to unveil 5 new achievements in Iran�s National Conference on Bio-Economy and Bio-Marketing on Feb. 16.


The first edition of Iran�s National Conference on Bio-Economy and Bio-Marketing is to be held with the slogan of �Bio-Economy; A National Strategy for Resistant Economy� in Tehran on February 16 and 17.

The scientific venue is intended to pave the way for defining the principles of bio-economy and provide the ground for establishment and development of biologic-based economy in Iran.

One of the participants of the two-day event will be the Agricultural Biotechnology Research Institute of Iran (ABRII) which intends to unveil five new accomplishments�in the conference.

The ABRII�s achievements to be showcased are titled 'potato�propagation protocol�with�method of tissue culture and antivirus mini tuber growing,� �in vitro propagation of foreigner hybrid�pistachio,� �specialized and domesticated probiotic products for the poultry industry,� �date palm sapling growing with asexual embryogenesis method,� and �the production of nutritional enzymes of poultry.�
