Iranian N. negotiators to leave for Austria Tuesday
TEHRAN (Tasnim) The Iranian team of nuclear negotiators, to be led by Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, is set to depart Tehran for Austrias capital of Vienna on Tuesday to hold a fresh round of talks with the representatives of six world powers, an Iranian top negotiator announced.

Abbas Araqchi, Irans deputy foreign minister and one of the countrys top nuclear negotiators, said on Saturday that the Iranian delegation is scheduled to arrive in Vienna on May 13 for the next round of high-profile talks on Tehrans peaceful nuclear program.

According to Araqchi, Foreign Minister Zarif will on Tuesday night attend a dinner banquet with the European Union foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton, who liaises with Iran on behalf of the six countries (Russia, China, the US, Britain, France and Germany).

Thereafter, he added, the negotiations will stretch over May 14, 15 and 16 in the Austrian city.

Representatives of Iran and the Group 5+1 wrapped up the latest round of their nuclear talks in Vienna on April 9.

During the forthcoming round of talks, the parties will start drafting the text of a final agreement to end the decade-long standoff on Irans nuclear case.

The two sides on November 24, 2013, clinched an interim six-month deal in the Swiss city of Geneva.

The breakthrough deal (the Joint Plan of Action), which has come into effect since January 20, stipulates that over the course of six months, Iran and the six countries will draw up a comprehensive nuclear deal which will lead to a lifting of the whole sanctions on Iran.
