The plant with the production capacity of two million tons per annum was launched on Saturday in the city of Zarand, southeastern Kerman Province, said the report.
Some 570 million U.S. dollars have been invested by the private sector and it will create 150 direct jobs and 400 indirect jobs, according to Tehran Times.
