Iran appoints head of consulate in holy city of Najaf

TEHRAN, March 4 (MNA) Irans foreign ministry has appointed head of consulate in holy city of Najaf, Iraq.
Abdulrahim Sadatifar was proposed by Mohammad Javad Zarif and endorsed by Rouhani for the position in Najaf. Sadatifar has formerly served as Irans ambassador to Columbia and as charg d'affaires.

He also has served as the head of foreign ministrys political office for Latin America, ministrys general director and FM advisor.
