Climbing wall attraction built in Iran

Climbing wall attraction built in Iran
New Wave Architecture has designed a climbing wall for the rugged highlands of Iran, close to the popular hiking villages of Polur.
The area, known as Mazandaran, is popular with climbers and walkers who would have another attraction to visit.

The architects call the creation a fragmented mass and say it provides a bridge between artificial structures and the natural landscape.

Climbers would be able to scale both the smooth exterior and the more jagged walls inside.
