The stock exchange company also presented its expert report in this regard, he added.
Considering the problems and challenges in this industry, which have sometimes become chronic, the members of the council unanimously emphasized taking a series of urgent corrective measures to overcome this situation, he stated.
It was decided that in the upcoming meetings of the Supreme Council of the Stock Exchange, additional expert discussions will be raised with the Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade, and the relevant decision will be taken, which certainly requires the support and implementation of some measures by the respective ministry, he asserted.
Along with the issue of revaluation of assets, reforming the ownership structure of these two car manufacturers and reviewing the government's tenure system in them, the necessity of handing over Todli shares, withdrawing from unrelated investments, as well as increasing productivity and cost management were among the other issues raised in the meeting of the Supreme Council of the SEO, Eshghi concluded.
