'The savage attack on the bus carrying the devoted personnel of the IRGC on Khash-Zahedan road shows the depth of desperation and bewilderment of the criminal mercenaries and agents of the enemies of Iranian nation,' read President's message.
The president underlined, 'Undoubtedly, the instructors and all agents of the mischievous and impudent move will soon be punished in light of efforts and endeavors of the powerful security and disciplinary forces of the country.'
Presidential website on Thursday quoted President's message as reading that the criminal mercenaries and agents of the enemies of Iranian nation did not tolerate the glorious and epic presence of Iranian compatriots in the celebrations, marking the 40th victory anniversary of the Islamic Revolution of Iran.
The message went on to say that the terrorist and cowardly act, which martyred or injured a large number of the brave and courageous IRGC forces, who protected the security and authority of the Islamic country of Iran, rendered heart of all Iranian people.
He voiced sympathy with the bereaved families of the martyrs and condoled the Supreme Leader of Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei, the Iranian nation, the military forces, especially the IRGC forces, on the incident and wished divine ascendance for the martyrs and patience for the families of the martyrs and speedy recovery for the injured.
The president said the crime will remain as a 'dirty stain' in the black record of the main supporters of terrorism in White House, Tel Aviv and their regional agents, who are ridiculously and artificially claiming Iranophobia and campaign against terrorism and falsely claiming to provide security for the Middle East. He said the lives and property of people all over the region are victims of the above-mentioned parties' arms trade and dollars mixed with blood of martyrs.
