The leaders of Russia and Iran exchanged opinions about the Syrian crisis and fight against terrorists, Sergei Lavrov said.
MOSCOW (Sputnik)�� Russian President Vladimir Putin and Iranian President Hassan Rouhani discussed cooperation on�Syria during�their meeting in�Baku, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Monday.
"The sides have discussed the Syrian issue, the course of�the implementation of�the ceasefire and Syrian humanitarian assistance program. The main focus of�the meeting was on�the implementation of�the UN Security Council resolutions, including the fight against Daesh and al-Nusra Front, (both outlawed in�Russia)," Lavrov said at�the press conference following�the first trilateral summit of�Russian, Iranian and Azerbaijani leaders in�Baku.
