MOSCOW:�Russia�hopes to see "serious progress" made at this month's talks in�Kazakhstan�between world powers and�Iran�over Tehran's disputed nuclear programme, Moscow's top negotiator said on Wednesday.
"Despite everything, I would very much hope to see the upcoming round result in -- if not an outright breakthrough -- then serious progress," the�RIA Novosti�news agency quoted Deputy Foreign Minister�Sergei Ryabkov�as saying.
