This is the first time an Iranian private sector company gains the title.
According to A.N.R website which monitors construction sector projects and professionals worldwide, the company managed to rank as 99 among 250 leading contractors across the globe this year.
This shows the company has upgraded its performance in 2014 by 19 points in international markets.
The website cited Kaysons achievements in project and construction management, manifesting deep knowledge of industry and respecting attitudes and taste of customers as some of the positive points its international activities.
Iranian companies have been facing many restrictions in their international operations in recent years due to sanctions.
Kayson is a privately held engineering and construction company providing world-class design, management, procurement and construction services to develop, engineer and build projects for customers both in Iran and overseas.
It has devoted a sizable portion of its resources to strategically penetrate into attractive markets around the globe: Equatorial Guinea, Algeria, Sudan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Belarus and Venezuela.
The company was chosen as Iran's exemplary exporter of technical & engineering services for six years (2000, 2001, 2007,2008, 2009 and 2010).
