When the decisions of the Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) secure the blessing of the Supreme Leader they will be binding on everyone and won't need the go-ahead of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, Government Spokesman Mohammad Bagher Nobakht told a news conference Tuesday.
He further said the outcome of nuclear talks does not require the green-light of any institution other than the Supreme National Security Council. "That has been the case with [previous] agreements struck at Sadabad and in Paris. They were never presented to parliament for approval."
