Shiraz, Fars prov, April 29, IRNA � President Hassan Rouhani arrived in the city of Shiraz, capital of the southern province of Fars, Wednesday morning at the 16th leg of his provincial tours.




He was welcomed at the airport by the ranking provincial officials.

The President is leading a delegation also including 14 members of his cabinet to the province.

During his two-day stay here, President Rouhani is to hold public meetings, confer with officials, meet provincial tribes as well as economic figures and elite figures of the province and visit the ancient Persepolis.

The President has already visited Khuzestan, Hormuzgan, Sistan and Baluchestan, Ilam, Lorestan, Chahar Mahal and Bakhtiari, Ardebil, Razavi Khorassan, Zanjan, Golestan, Southern Khorassan, Bushehr, Isfahan, Qom and Gilan provinces.
