MNA � Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and the Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq, Janine Hines Plachkart, met and held talks in Tehran on Monday.

During the meeting, the two sides conferred over a host of issues, including the regional developments as well as the ongoing situation in Syria and the fight against terrorism in the Arab country.
