Oslo, June 15, IRNA � Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and his American counterpart John Kerry held talks here Wednesday on removal of obstacles to way of implementation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).


Zarif has been in Oslo since Sunday evening. Here, he met with senior Norwegian officials and attended Oslo Forum on Tuesday.

During bilateral talks between Zarif and Kerry in Oslo, the foreign ministers reviewed the two sides' commitments to the JCPOA.

Iranian diplomats believe that fulfillment of commitments by the other side needs more seriousness and intensive efforts.

During the Tuesday joint press conference with his Norwegian counterpart Borge Brende and European Union (EU) foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini, Zarif urged the US to relieve the psychological conditions resulted from years of sanctions against Iran.
