Barcelona, Spain, Feb 26, IRNA� Iranian and South African ministers of communications and information technology on Wednesday called for enhanced IT cooperation.

Visiting Iran?s Minister of Communication and Information Technology Mahmoud Vaezi in a meeting with the South Africa Minister of Communications Yunus Carrim on the sideline of Mobile World Congress 2014 in Spain, called for IT cooperation.


Vaezi and Carrim stressed the expansion of relations between the two countries in all fields and in particular in the field of Information and Communications Technology.

The Mobile World Congress is a combination of the world?s largest exhibition for the mobile industry and a conference featuring prominent executives representing mobile operators, device manufacturers, technology providers, vendors and content owners from across the world.

The Mobile World Congress 2014 began on February 24 in Barcelona and wraps up on February 27.
