Nasim� The adviser of Iran�s Parliament speaker on International Affairs Hossein Sheikholeslam blamed US for the cancellation of Iran�s invitation to this week�s �peace talks in Geneva over the Syrian crisis, saying that it shows �UN is an American puppet� rather than an independent organization.
Sheikholeslam added that surely �Mr. Ban KI-Moon gave up under the pressure of the US and its allies, which does not comply with what is usually expected form the secretary general of United Nations,� i.e. freely following what is necessary for restoring peace and stability.

Referring to US Secretary of State John Kerry�s remarks that Iran can �play a constructive in ending the crisis in Syria�, he concluded that it appears the US aims to follow a pre-planned solution in this round of talks that has rejected Iran�s participation in this conference.
