TEHRAN (ISNA)- Head of Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) said the country has not stopped production of 20-percent enriched uranium.
"Fuel plate complexes are given to Tehran Reactor every month as much as required," Ali Akbar Salehi said.
"20-percent uranium and fuel plates are produced in the country and there has been no pause in the production process," he added.
The fuel plates are produced for Tehran Reactor and each month it receives fuel place complexes proportionate to its needs, he said, adding the reactor is never closed.
