: In response to Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian's criticism of London's inaction in condemning the Israeli regime's air attack on the consular section of the Iranian embassy in Damascus, the British foreign minister called for restraint by the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Regarding the air attack of the Israeli regime on the consular section of the Islamic Republic of Iran embassy in Damascus, Amirabdollahian criticized the inaction of Britain in condemning this action.
Emphasizing the need to immediately stop genocide and war crimes in Gaza and the West Bank as the only effective way to return peace to the region, the Minister of Foreign Affairs added: Tehran has never sought to develop tension in the region, but in the face of the Israeli regime's terrorist attack on the Iranian embassy In Damascus, the silence of America and England means encouraging Netanyahu in the continuation of war-making and its development in the region.

In this call, British Foreign Minister David Cameron, while congratulating the arrival of Eid al-Fitr, the Eid of the Muslims of the world, expressed his satisfaction with the progress achieved in some areas of cooperation between the two countries.
Referring to the existing tensions in the region, the British foreign minister demanded restraint from the Islamic Republic of Iran and emphasized that lack of restraint on the part of the parties can lead to further expansion of conflicts in the region.
