Deputy Parliament speaker commemorates Martyrs’ Mothers Day

TEHRAN, April 13 (MNA) – Iran’s deputy parliament speaker has commemorated Martyrs’ Mothers Day at the parliament Sunday open session.
Tehran representative to the parliament Abutorabi, said Islamic Republic of Iran was indebted to martyrs for its political, social and economic achievements.

He added that great Iranian figures had achieved their great identities on the hands of their great mothers throughout the whole history.

Abutorabi pointed to a saying of Prophet Mohammad that ‘Paradise lies under the feet of mothers and hoped that today mothers and women of the society learn from the martyrs' mothers to raise a pious generation.
