Leader says N-talks would lead nowhere but he would not oppose

TEHRAN, Feb. 17 (MNA) – Leader of the Islamic Republic has said nuclear negotiations would go nowhere but he would not oppose these talks.



Thousands of people from East Azerbaijan have met with Leader of the Islamic Revolution on Monday morning ahead of anniversary of Tabriz uprising on February 18th.

Leader hailed Iranian nationwide turnout of 22 Bahman rallies, the anniversary of the Revolution. “Words fail to thank Iranians; we first should lavish gratitude to God, since everything befall in His will,” asserted the Leader.

Leader of the Revolution Ayatollah Khamenei emphasized that this year rallies on 22 Bahman had two main messages, resistance on the Revolution ideals and unity of the nation.

He reiterated that “we will never submit to the Dominance front, although some try to depict a good face for US as a friend of humanity.”

"Some Iranians think the nuclear issue will be solved by negotiations but I do not expect any outcome from the negotiations; however, I do not oppose the talks, the Leader was quoted as saying." added Leader.
