Iranian researchers make herbal painkiller

TEHRAN (ISNA)- Iranian researchers at Islamic Azad University, Shahrekord Province, western Iran, have managed to produce herbal anti-inflammatory and painkiller drug.
The drug has been produced by the extract of Achillea millefolium, Ali Ghasemi, the project director told ISNA, “Kamazolen and Alpha bisabolol were extracted from the plant for making painkiller and anti-inflammatory drugs.”

The drug contains 55 percent of Kamazolen pharmaceutical combinations and 25 percent of Alpha bisabolol pharmaceutical combinations.

The drug also enjoys disinfectant and antioxidant properties.
