Dy oil minister: Path paved for further economic activities

3 Dec 2013 - 9:13

Tehran, Dec 2, IRNA -- Deputy Petroleum Minister for International Affairs and Trading Ali Majedi said on Monday that the grounds are prepared for further economic activities.
Majedi said that Oil Minister Bijan Namdar Zanganeh is determined to set a brilliant record in operation of the oil ministry during President Hassan Rouhani’s term in office.

He told reporters that economic activities are growing as Iran experiences a positive atmosphere for cooperation with outside world.

“The dollar depreciation and foreign exchange rate stability show the return of trust to the market. That stems from positive accords made in the foreign policy,” he said.

“The country’s problems are under influence of foreign policy and economic sector including investment opportunities, job creation, fighting inflation, more revenues and providing more business opportunities,” said Majedi.
