Iran’s 6-month exports exceed $18b

Semnan, Oct 17, IRNA – The Islamic Republic of Iran has exported over 41.7 million tons of goods, worth dlrs 18 billion, in the first six months of the current Iranian calendar year (started March 21, 2013), it was announced here on Monday.
Foreign trade advisor of Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade Hamid Safdel made the remarks in a local gathering in this central province.

Iran also imported 13.2 million tons of various products worth dlrs 20 billion during the period, he noted.

The Iranian official underlined that China, Iraq, UAE, Afghanistan and India are considered as main export hubs for the Iranian commodities.
