Assad’s government must submit a comprehensive plan of chemical weapons transfer within a week, US Secretary John Kerry said, detailing the agreement worked out between Moscow and Washington on settling the Syria crisis.
The plan views soonest disposal of Syria’s entire chemical weapons stock.

Assad government should provide the UN with full access to Syria chemical sites and the plan to remove the chemical arsenal should be transparent, Kerry said.
