Hossein Vafaei, a member of Iran’s national snooker team, made history and managed to win a quota place for the 2023 Cazoo Masters in England.

Vafaei will participate in the 2023 Cazoo Masters to be held at Alexandra Palace in London January 8-15. He is the first Iranian ever to participate in the competitions.

The 16 highest-ranked snooker players after the 2022 UK Championship are to compete in the tournament.
