Defense Minister Moshe Ya'alon stated on Tuesday that Iran's nuclear program must be stopped one way or another. "If the international community will be able to stop the nuclear program through negotiations, diplomatic means or economic sanctions, then we will be the first to praised it," he added.
On the crisis in Egypt, Minister Ya'alon said that Israel would not intervene but would monitor developments in order to protect its interests. The Defense Minister made the comments during a visit to Israel's southern region.
