MP urges Muslims to practice unity, amity to frustrate enemies

MNA – Iran’s First Deputy Parliament Speaker Masoud Pezeshkian said that if Muslims maintain unity and amity with one another, no power can cause a rift among them.







Speaking at the beginning of Parliament open session this morning, he first congratulated the start of Unity Week and said, “Muslims should make their utmost effort to resolve disputes and divisions among Muslims by promoting virtue and preventing vice.”

He placed special emphasis on the necessity of maintaining unity and amity among Muslims, adding, “we hope that Muslims will practice unity both in words and action.”

He reiterated, “if Muslims practice unity and amity, no power can cause a rift among them.”

Pezeshkian also noted that “unity can help Muslims overcome problems and challenges."
