MNA – Iraqi President Barham Salih atop a high-ranking delegation has arrived in Tehran to hold talks with senior Iranian officials on a wide range of topics.







The welcoming ceremony is slated to be held in a few hours at Saadabad Complex in the presence of President Rouhani.

Following the official reception, the Iranian and Iraqi presidents will hold talks on bilateral relations and regional issues, and attend the signing ceremony of a number of Memoranda of Understanding.

This is the fourth regional visit of the newly-appointed Iraqi President Barham Salih since he took office in October.

Salih had previously made an official visit to Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates and Jordan.
