president.ir - The Supreme Council of Economic Coordination was held on Saturday morning and the Central Bank of Iran (CBI) reported on the challenges ahead of the banking system.

At the session that was chaired by President Rouhani, the Central Bank was required to provide executive solutions for reforming the banking system.

The members also discussed accelerating the process of selling the shares of public institutions to the private sector in implementing Article 44 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran as emphasised by the Supreme Leader.
