IRNA - Government Spokesman and Head of Plan and Budget Organization Mohammad-Baqer Nobakht said on Thursday that the enemies try to exceed limits for Iran's influence in Syria, Iraq and Yemen which indicates that Iran has turned into a very powerful country in the region.

The enemies failed to destroy Iran through war and tried to eradicate the country's identity with reliance on Daesh terrorist group, but to no avail, he said.

Iran is now the 17th world economic power and the 18th scientific power in the world which indicates that we are far away from the previous regime, he said.
