president.ir- President of the Islamic Republic of Iran arrived in Ankara late on Tuesday in order to attend tripartite summit of Iran, Russia and Turkey.

Upon arrival, Dr Rouhani was welcomed at the airport by high-ranking local officials and the Iranian Ambassador to Turkey.

He is set to attend the tripartite summit of Iran, Russia and Turkey with the aim of discussing the Syrian crisis and have bilateral meetings with President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of the Republic of Turkey and President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation.
