president.ir- President Rouhani made an unannounced visit to the base of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) on Tehran-Karaj motorway and Chitgar relief base on the first day of Nowruz 1397.


In the visit that was made on Wednesday morning, Dr Rouhani congratulated Nowruz to the relief workers and appreciated their round-the-clock services and efforts.

The President of the Islamic Republic of Iran also met with the heads of the relief centres and was briefed on the preparedness and plans made for delivering relief to the people.

Dr Rouhani also announced his agreement to the national campaign of “no to accidents” and signed its covenant.
