ISNA – Iranian foreign minister and his Russian counterpart held a phone conversation on Tuesday, discussing the recent development in Syria.

According to Interfax news, Russian foreign minister, Sergey Lavrov and his Iranian counterpart, Mohammad Javad Zarif held a phone conversation on the implementation of decisions made at the Syria National Dialogue Congress.

Early on Tuesday, Iranian and Russian Presidents, Hassan Rouhani and Vladimir Putin also held phone call on the implementation of the 2015 nuclear deal known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).
