I express my condolences to you and other survivors of your respected father—late Hajj Hossein Soleimani—on his passing away, and I ask God to bestow upon his soul mercy and forgiveness, elevating his ranks. I hope the good deeds of the sons he properly raised will be marked down on his record of deeds.
