IRNA - Syria is ready to welcome all Iranian companies to participate in renovating the country, Member of the Syrian parliament for Aleppo and Chairman of the Syrian Federation of Industry said.

After identifying priorities, Syria will take advantage of Iranian firms in reconstruction of the country, Fares Shehabi told Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) on Saturday.

'We will not permit those countries involved in destroying the country and killing Syrian people to participate in renovation stage,' he said.

Negotiations are underway between Iran and Syria on facilitating transportation and baking transactions, Shehabi added.

Shehabi referred to blocking the road between Tehran and Damascus as one of the most important reasons for the war in Syria, the path should be launched after liberation of Deir Ezzur, eastern Syria.
