MNA – Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri congratulated Hassan Rouhani on his reelection as president of the Islamic Republic of Iran.Saad Hariri issued the message on Tuesday, felicitating Iran's Rouhani for the victory in the presidential elections.

Earlier, Lebanese President Michel Aoun, also extended his congratulations to his Iranian counterpart, expressing hope for expansion of ties in Rouhani's second term in office.

The incumbent President Hassan Rouhani won a landslide victory obtaining over 23.4 million of votes (57%) from more than 41 million ballots cast on May 19 in the 12th presidential election held on Friday.
