IRNA – Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif arrived in the Greek capital, Athens on Sunday morning to participate in the first international forum on ancient civilizations.


In the two-day visit, Zarif is expected to meet Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras and the country’s Foreign Minister Nikolaos Kotzias and also his counterparts from other countries.

The two-day forum of ancient civilizations will kick off in Athens on Sunday. It will be attended by foreign ministers from Iran, China, India, Italy and Egypt, among other invited officials to the forum.
