IRNA – Deputy Foreign Ministers of Iran and Russia Abbas Araqchi and Sergei Ryabkov, who are senior nuclear negotiators as well, are to negotiate on Wednesday in Moscow.

Araqchi during his one day visit to Moscow is to consider the latest situation on implementation of Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) and the process to practice both sides’ commitments of the deal.

The two sides are also to discuss the US noncompliance to implement fully its commitments and creating new obstacles by imposing illegal sanctions against Iran.

Ryabkov announced on Monday that the new US sanctions against Iran is regrettable, and added that Tehran did not violate JCPOA.

He told reporters in Moscow that launching and testing missiles by Iran is not violating JCPOA and Resolution 2231.

Ryabkov said we declared the issue to the US side, and hope by studying and grasping the contents of the JCPOA and resolution, they use it to determine Washington's policies.

Russia, China, France and Britain, as four permanent members of the UN Security Council, along with the European Union and Germany have repeatedly underlined that JCPOA, as an international and global document, is confirmed by the UNSC and it is decisive and enforceable.
