Vestnik Kavkaza- Head of the Russia Federation Council Committee on Defense and Security Viktor Ozerov said that Russian delegation is going to visit Syria in the framework of spring session.

"We plan to visit Syria. We haven't decided yet whether we will only visit our troops or will also come to Damascus and meet with fellow Syrian parliamentarians," he noted.

In addition, Ozerov informed that representatives of the committee will pay an official visit to Iran in March.
