London, Sept 15, IRNA – Head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) Ali-Akbar Salehi arrived in London from Brussels to take part in the annual session of the World Nuclear Association (WNA) on Friday.


While in London, Salehi will meet and confer with Philip Hammond, UK chancellor of the exchequer, and visit a number of nuclear centers in the UK.

He will address the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR) on Thursday.

Nuclear experts and officials from both private and government sectors of more than 35 will take part in the three-day meeting of the WNA annual session.

According to the Association's report, 85 percent of the participants are representatives of 240 companies active in nuclear domain.

Before arriving in London, Salehi had a meeting with Belgian officials and senior European Union officials.
