27 Aug 2016 - 13:36

August 27, The Iran Project - Guardian Council Spokesman says Syria's resistance shows unity among Muslims, praising Muslims’ integrity against the crimes of global arrogance and some regional enemies.

Speaking on the sidelines of visiting a photo exhibit with the theme of conquering the two cities of Al-Zahra and Nubl in Syria, Guardian Council Spokesman Abbas-Ali Kadkhodaei said on Saturday that resistance is valuable in all areas and thanked those who have been involved in the resistance movement in Syria.

Kadkhodaei also congratulated recapture of the two cities of Al-Zahra and Nubl to all Muslims, calling unity a key to victory.

Elsewhere in his remarks, he said publishing photos of resistance in Syria in the countries that cannot closely see the Syrian resistance is really appreciated.

Stressing on the importance of artists role in making people aware, he said they can artistically deliver the resistance message to the world.

He went on to say that this photo exhibition can be effective in unifying the Muslim people by delivering the message of resistance.

Syria has been gripped by civil war since March 2011 with various terrorist groups, including Daesh (also known as ISIS or ISIL), currently controlling parts of it.

According to the UN, over 400,000 people have been killed in the conflict, which has also displaced over half of the Arab country’s pre-war population of about 23 million.
