Bushehr, Aug 25, IRNA – Minister of Petroleum said the new oil deals called Iran Petroleum Contract (IPC) will attract foreign investment and make the foreign countries' interests dependent on the Iranian economy.

'It will also lead to improving the level of (economic) security in the country,' Bijan Zangeneh said at a local meeting held Thursday in this southern Iranian province on the occasion of national Government Week that started on August 23.

'Everything is prepared for economic boom in the country,' the minister stressed.

On Bushehr, Zangeneh said a big development movement in the areas of oil, gas and petrochemical is on way to this province.
