TEHRAN, Aug. 11 (MNA) – Parliament's General Director for International Affairs has reaffirmed Iran’s unconditional support for Syria and Resistance Axis, blaming the US and Zionist regime for creation of ISIL and Jabhat al-Nasra Front terrorist groups.


Zionists have made the region and even west insecure by creating the terrorist groups and dislocating thousands of Arab people, said former Deputy Foreign Minister Amir-Abdollahian on Thursday.

“Since crisis started in Syria, Palestine had turned into a refuge and medical aid hub for Takfiti terrorists who do not operate any act against the Zionist regime as they are basically fed and led by Zionists,” added Iranian diplomat.

He underlined “Iran proudly and obviously supports Iraq, Syria and countries threatened by terrorism and considers it along with regional and national security.”

“In Syria and Iraq, the US and some foreign players are preventing the realization of regional peace and stability by wrong policies and instrumental use of terrorism,” asserted Amir-Abdollahian.

Calling Russia’s counter-terrorism policies in Syria as “smart”, parliament’s special aid in foreign affairs noted Hezbollah’s role in fight against terrorism and establishing security in Lebanon and region.

Amir-Abdollahin, announcing Iran’s support for UN’s efforts to define a political solution based on will of Syrian nation, reaffirmed “no doubt, Zionists and terrorists are the main reason behind killing of Syrian innocent people.”
