Hezbollah strongly condemns beheading of Palestinian boy

21 Jul 2016 - 9:34

Beirut, July 21, IRNA – The Lebanese Hezbollah has condemned beheading of a Palestinian child by the terrorist groups in Syria that has the backing of Saudi Arabia and the United states.

The Palestinian 12-year-old boy was decapitated by members of the Nour al-din al-Zinki Battalion in Syria’s northern city of Aleppo, allegedly for fighting alongside the Syrian Army.

The murder of the Palestinian boy complemented the “all-out war” against the oppressed Palestinian people, whose youth, children, women and elderly are being targeted everywhere, Hezbollah said in its statement on Wednesday.

“It started with the Zionist enemy in Palestine, and is being continued by the agents and partners of this entity of terrorism elsewhere in the world, especially in Syria,” the Lebanese movement said.

Hezbollah said such “terrorist crimes” are a clear indicator that groups, labeled by the West as part of Syria's “moderate opposition,” are no different than Daesh, also known as ISIS.

Nour al-din al-Zinki Battalion is largely based in Aleppo province.

The terrorist group is among the recipients of the US-made arms, including anti-tank missiles.
