Post-JCPOA, era of work: Dy Min.

TEHRAN, May 08 (Shana) – Deputy Iranian Minister of Petroleum in International Affairs and Trading Amir Hossein Zamaninia says the removal of sanctions and implementation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) bring foreign companies to Iran, opening up an era of hard work for the Iranian people.

Amir Hossein Zamaninia, addressing an investment conference on the sidelines of the 21st Iran International Exhibition of Oil, Gas, Refining and Petrochemicals, said China always stayed in Iran under the sanctions and it will remain so now that the sanctions have been lifted.

“The Iranian Ministry of Petroleum’s policy is homed in on continuation of relations with China,” the official added.

He said the newly-developed oil contract model (IPC) is devised in a manner that stressed partnership of Iranian companies with foreigners.

The 21st Iran International Exhibition of Oil, Gas, Refining and Petrochemicals will run through May 8 at Tehran’s permanent fairgrounds. Nearly 2,000 exhibiting companies from 38 countries have put their latest oil and gas achievements on public display at the showcase.
