TEHRAN, Apr. 12 (MNA) – UN special envoy for Syria arrived in Tehran early on Tuesday morning to discuss the latest developments of Syria.


During his one-day visit, De Mistura is echeduled to hold talks with Iran’s Forign Ministry officials on Syria Peace Talks and discuss the latest developments in this regard.

De Mistura has also paid a visit to Syria on Monday and had a meeting with Syrian Foreign Minister Walid Muallem.

The new round of Syria talks between the Syrian government and the opposition representatives will kick off on Wednesday in Geneva.
