15 Nov 2015 - 22:15

Antalya (Turkey) (AFP) - Differences remain between Russia and the United States on what tactics to use in combating Islamic State (IS) jihadists in Syria, a top Kremlin official said Sunday after President Vladimir Putin and Barack Obama held talks at a summit in Turkey.

Moscow and Washington share "strategic objectives on the fight against Islamic State which are very close to each other, but differences on tactics still remain," Putin's foreign policy advisor Yuri Ushakov told reporters on the sidelines of the G20 summit in Antalya.
