Anzali, Gilan Province, Oct 29, IRNA – Navy Commander Rear Admiral Habibollah Sayyari announced that this winter a maneuver dubbed 'Velayat 4' will be held north of the Indian Ocean.
 
He made the remarks in a ceremony to welcome return of Iran flotilla from Russia on Thursday.
To fulfill our duty in providing security in the maritime borders, Navy had five maneuvers since beginning of the year (Iranian calendar March 21).
He added that early November also Navy will hold a maneuver for submarines.
