Alef’s Morteza Rezaeian has said some thinkers have built on the post-nuclear deal fever to theorize a sort of capitulation to Iran’s enemies, suggesting their efforts to help open the US embassy in Iran shows they are overjoyed.
In an opinion piece, Rezaeian said some speak – in different wordings – about the need for establishing ties with the US, instill an idea of a rosy future in society and try to bring on board the country’s public opinion so that they can make their years-long dream come true.
Ties with all governments – the fake Zionist regime excluded – are a must if they are rational and in line with national interests, he said, adding the supporters of ties with the US don’t stand talks about its crimes and betrayals and feel free to paint an attractive picture of the US and its allies.
