Minister: Iran’s nuclear deal, a chance for all developing countries

Herrera, July 29, IRNA – Minister of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare Ali Rabiei said Iran’s nuclear agreement is a chance of all developing countries.

In a banquet by the Zimbabwean Foreign Minister Simbarashe Mumbengegwi here on Tuesday, he said Iran’s success in restoring its rights during talks with the 5+1 really meant an opportunity for all developing nations.

Referring to Zimbabwe as Iran’s precious friendly country, he hoped the eighth joint committee meeting could lay the foundation for more solid and better relations between the two countries.

He also highlighted the efforts of the leaders of both countries in promoting relations and expressed happiness over the fact that the presence of all parts of the Iranian private sectors in his delegation could be translated as their readiness to help expand ties with all developing countries including Zimbabwe.

Pointing to the high potentials of cooperation between Tehran and Herrera, the minister said he explored areas of mututal cooperation in technical, educational, cultrural, industrial and agricultural areas during his stay here.

Addressing the ceremony, Mumbengegwi hailed the persisance of the Iranian nation in safeguarding its rights and said the nation could set a role model for other nations.

Rabiei along with a delegation is in Harare to attend the 8th Iran-Zimbabwe Joint Permanent Commission on July 27-30.
